Event Details
The Owner's Retreat is at Barton Creek Resort in Austin, Texas.
Each Attendee's registration fee is $750 and includes the program and all program materials on Friday, program on Saturday, dinner Thursday night, dinner Friday night, breakfast and break food Friday and Saturday, and lunch on Friday.
You will need to call or go to the Barton Creek Resort site (link on TAPC website) to make your room reservations. Mention TAPC to get the discounted rate. Room rates are $239 plus tax/resort charge. The room rates are honored for 3 nights before and after if you wish to come early or stay late. DON'T FORGET TO MAKE YOUR ROOM RESERVATIONS!!!
You may register a guest/spouse and pay $350 which includes dinner Thursday night, dinner Friday night, breakfast friday and Saturday and lunch on Friday.
You may check in at the resort in the afternoon on Thursday. If you are playing golf, you need to register through this site (you may also register a guest for golf) and you must be at the resort's course by 11:15. You may check in back at the resort after playing golf and will have time to relax before the evening dinner/reception at 7:00. If you are not playing golf, you may take advantage of the spa or other resort amenities (make your own spa appointments by calling 512-329-4550) on Thursday or simply arrive at the resort in time to check in on Thursday and attend the Thursday evening dinner/reception. You may also make spa or golf reservations for any free time around the programs on Friday and Saturday.
We will conclude the Saturday program by noon and you are then free to check out or stay for free time on your own.
You will be asked to share and participate during the programs
